Use of the service

You may use Flow by DababonPro to manage subscribers, send campaigns, send transactional emails, configure domains and senders, create webhooks, and review delivery analytics for lawful business purposes.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for activity in your workspace, protecting login credentials and API keys, maintaining accurate sender information, and ensuring users you invite are authorized to access business data.

Acceptable sending

You must only send email to recipients where you have a valid legal basis or permission. You may not use the service for spam, phishing, malware, deceptive content, purchased lists that violate law or platform policy, or activity that harms deliverability or infrastructure.

Credits and payments

Credits are consumed when emails are sent according to the pricing and package terms shown in the product. Payment requests, PayPal transactions, refunds, and manual adjustments may be reviewed for accuracy and abuse prevention.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, configuration issues, abuse prevention, or events outside our control. Features may change as the product evolves.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, nonpayment, security risk, legal risk, policy violations, or actions that threaten the service, customers, recipients, or providers.
