How Flow by DababonPro handles account, subscriber, campaign, and platform data.

We process account details, business profile data, sender and domain settings, API keys, subscriber records, tags, custom attributes, campaign content, email delivery events, webhook settings, payment records, and support or operational messages you provide.
We use data to provide the email operations platform, authenticate users, send campaigns and transactional emails, process credits and payments, maintain deliverability and suppression records, secure the service, troubleshoot incidents, and improve product reliability.
Subscriber data is used to send emails on behalf of the business account that uploaded or collected it. Delivery, bounce, complaint, open, and click events are used for reporting, suppression, list hygiene, webhook delivery, and campaign protection.
The platform may use infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, payment, and security providers to operate the service. These providers should only process data as needed to provide their services to Flow by DababonPro.
We use technical and organizational controls to protect platform data. Records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or operational requirements, preserve suppression history, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes.
Account owners can update business data, manage subscribers, delete or suppress contacts, rotate API keys, and configure webhook settings from the dashboard. Contact support for account-level privacy requests.
